Pela, 19 år – som utgångspunkt för diskussionen.
Bland gästerna fanns "redaktören" Kurdo Baksi. Han blev tillfrågad om denna
sed, som om han skulle kunna leverera den "absoluta sanningen" om fallet Pela.
Helt plötsligt säger han att "det förekommer i Södertälje bland syrianer". Innan
han uttalar sig om sådana känsliga frågor och med en självsäkerhet anklagar
andra grupper, måste han först leverera fakta. När har det förekommit ett
hedersmord i Södertälje och i så fall på vem? Man kan inte bara slänga ur sig
massa påståenden utan att man har belägg och otvivelaktiga bevis.

som tror sig vara allvetare, vars mål i livet verkar vara att smutskasta och

kurdiska kulturen, d.v.s. för att hjälpa och inte stjälpa. Är detta ett sätt att

invandrarmasken, för att rentvå sig?
Kvinnomisshandel förekommer, beklagligt nog i alla kulturer, däribland även den

Doug Collins was a British soldier in World War II. He was captured and escaped

1950s and worked for several Canadian newspapers. He drew the ire of the
Holocaust Enforcers after he testified for Ernst Z¸ndel in the 1985 Great
Holocaust Trial. He declared that as a journalist, he saw nothing wrong with the
booklet "Did Six Million Really Die?" and that he found no "hate" in that 30,000
word essay. An award-winning journalist and TV commentator and the author of
several books, Collins was hauled before a quasi-court by Holocaust Enforcers
when he wrote a column about "Swindler's List" and commented on the
preponderance of Jews in Hollywood. He and his paper had to defend themselves
before the British Columbia Human Rights Commission, which, in the end, ruled in
his favor, after his paper spent more than $200,000 and Collins spent $50,000 of

A French writer, historian and educator, Duprat had introduced the booklet "Did

when his car was blown up by a bomb and he was assassinated on March 18, 1978.
His wife, who was with him in the car, lost the use of her legs in this

Revolutionary Group." The assassins were never found.

conceivable detail in the camps. He discovered that there was a swimming pool
for the inmates in Auschwitz, modern hospital facilities, including a
gynecological section, as well as an orchestra, live theatre, well-stocked
library, and sculpting classes. He discovered the musical score of the
"Auschwitz Waltz" in the secret archives accessible only with special
permission. He found that an intimate role was played by Jehovah Witnesses in
the camps, who cooperated with the SS-Administration, and he exposed the lie of

Henri Rocques is a French author and researcher who exposed the Myth of Pope

of French universities, a duly awarded doctorate was quickly revoked on French
government's orders, after an outry by the Leftist-Jewish media in France. In a
tightly argued dissertation, Rocques came to the stunning conclusion that the
allegations of mass gassings of Jews made by SS officer Kurt Gerstein were
groundless, and that the supposed Roman-Catholic coverup of this "slaughter" are
false. He further concluded that postwar academics deliberately falsified key
parts of the already tortured Gerstein testimony. His dissertation was
eventually published by the Institute for Historical Review in book form under
the title "The Confessions of Kurt Gerstein."

An American execution expert, Leuchter designed and maintained gas chambers for

"gassing facilities." Author of the devastating series of Leuchter Reports. (I,

A prolific British author of approximately 36 books and recognized authority on
Hitler and World War II, Irving pretty much believed and accepted the standard
Holocaust version - until he read the Leuchter Report. He agreed to testify as
the last witness for the defense in the 1988 Z¸ndel Trial. His appearance was a
sensation! In the following years, he went on widely publicized and acclaimed
Canada- and America-wide lecture tours. He traveled as a speaker through several
European countries, with headlines and controversy dogging his every step. He

vicious smear campaigns and managed to have Irving arrested and convicted in
Munich, Germany, for "defaming the dead." This conviction caused Irving to be

disposing of 10,000 bodies in his career, Lagace finally sorted out - publicly

camp survivors" about ". . . cremating bodies in five minutes" etc. His

Honsik, an Austrian writer and poet, wrote several devastating books - one

to fines in excess of DM 50,000 and forced to go into exile in Spain where he
now lives, Gerd Honsik writes a monthly Revisionist newsletter in tabloid format

Walter L¸ftl: President of Austrian Chamber of Engineers relieved from his
elected post after questioning Gas Chambers story on enginering grounds.
L¸ftl was elected to represent 4000 austrian Architects and Construction
engineers and was for years a court approved expert witness in cases involving

till the highly respected head of his own engineering firm was dismissed from

A retired Hungarian police captain, Finta was accused by Sabina Citron and

legal battles, he was ultimately acquitted by unanimous jury verdict when Ernst

findings known to millions of people by privately publishing "Die Remer

for her pension. She refuses to return his ashes to Germany until such time when

Germar Rudolf: Accused, tried and convicted in Germany. Career and doctorate
dissertation ruined. Driven into exile.
This brilliant, German-trained chemist re-examined Auschwitz, Birkenau and other
installations and buildings, testing rocks, soil and other physical samples for
traces of Zyklon B. Following the pioneering work of Fred Leuchter, he put the
final nail into the coffin of the Auschwitz story. Even though he did scientific
work and was utterly apolitical, Rudolf's home and office were raided, computers
seized etc. He was charged and tried in Germany for not believing in the
standard Auschwitz story. As a scientist, he found the "gassing" claims to be
scientifically untenable and, therefore, absurd. A modern day Galileo, Rudolf
was found guilty and convicted because he refused to renounce scientific facts
and his own scientific tests and findings. He was facing jail when he went into
exile with his young wife and two babies. He now edits and publishes devastating
refutations of the Allied Propaganda claims in a German-language journal. The

Attorney Jürgen Rieger: Attacked and beaten. Car blown up. Professional

of which Ernst Z¸ndel was arrested in her apartment in Munich. A former tourist
guide for travel agencies, she reads and speaks Hebrew. She knew Menachim Begin
and other Jewish leaders personally and frequently visited Israel. In 1998, she
was tried, convicted and fined DM 3,500 for writing a Revisionist article. She
now lives at the edge of poverty from a small pension.

Erhard Kemper: Legally harassed. Endlessly hounded.
Kemper is a German agrarian engineer and gifted, politically astute freelance

An American ex-patriate, skilled linguist and translator living in Belgium and

Germans in 1997. He refused to attend the trial, was tried in absentia and

he had quoted extensively from material by Dr. Faurisson (without attribution)
and by Barbara Kulaszka's book "Did Six Million Really Die?" (with attribution).
He was condemned to a $50,000 fine. His trial was a farce and his performance in
court disappointing. However, as a result, he seems to have kicked loose an

- Many years ago I knew a grizzled old playwright named Ray. He lived off state
disability checks, carried his manuscripts in brown paper bags, and drank cup
after cup of black coffee, which I poured for him from behind the counter of the
coffee shop where I worked. He had one piece of advice for me: "Read Othello.
If you want to be a writer you must first read Othello." Ray was a blue-collar
guy who had never gone to college, but he had read Shakespeare, checked out from
the public library near the furnished room where he lived. Ray understood plot
because he had lived and experienced it. He was a born writer. Over the years
I've met a diverse collection of writers who have never been published or earned
any academic credentials, yet whose claim to the title of artist is genuine.
These invisible writers are soldiers and bakers, convicts and salesmen, winos,
hairdressers, firefighters, farmers and waitresses. Their only qualifications to
literary authenticity are their writings and their desire to write. Often the
only time they have is stolen time, and their private scrawls end up on cocktail
napkins, penciled in the margins of receipts, on any piece of paper handy. I
got to know Tom Carson during the first Gulf War, shortly after his platoon had
been sent to Kuwait. We never met in person. He had written to a co-worker of
mine who had moved on, leaving no forwarding address. When I saw the U.S.
military return address on Tom's letter, I decided to answer it myself. We began
a correspondence that lasted through the war and after he returned to Fort
Benning, Georgia. During a hectic two months, Lt. Carson wrote 39 poems. His
themes were the regimented insanity of military life, isolation and loneliness,
the wind and rain of his soul. Carson wrote his lines in rare solitude, in a
barracks or a tent. During the day, he told me, the thoughts gathered in his
head; he censored them but the forbidden words found expression anyway, for even
the U.S. Army cannot discipline the imagination. People imprisoned in
stultifying, menial jobs can summon, with even a minimal command of language,
something entirely private, unfettered and incalculably powerful. Most
importantly, it is something of their own creation that cannot be taken away.
The sense of purpose and identity that comes with being a writer, creator of a
private world, can be life altering. I've known truck drivers who are
natural-born storytellers; fishermen who paint starkly beautiful word pictures
of life on a crab boat in the Bering Strait. I met a barely literate ex-convict
whose short story about losing his wife and child in a revenge killing for a
gang crime he'd committed was the most heartbreaking thing I've ever read. I met
a ex-alcoholic who wrote about being abandoned by her husband. In a few simple
paragraphs this uneducated woman in her mid-50s expressed a universal sense of
loss in an entirely unsentimental fashion; something that cannot be taught in
any MFA program. My own father, a novelist who was never published, once wrote
about being fired for writing on the job – a chronic problem in his lifetime. He
worked on an assembly line in a factory that manufactured radios, and the
foreman caught him writing one day while the neglected radio parts moved past
him on the belt. "I was only half a radioman," wrote my father. "In my heart, I
was a poet." As Chester Himes wrote in "The Quality of Hurt": "No matter what I
did or how I lived, I had considered myself a writer....It was my salvation. The
world can deny me all other employment, and stone me as an ex-convict...as a
disagreeable, unpleasant person. But as long as I write whether it's published
or not, I'm a writer." I met Celia at a roadside diner, where she cooked greasy
breakfasts for travelers whose faces she'd never again see. Writing, for Celia,
was a way of being elsewhere, of undoing, undreaming, her mundane daily life.
The monotony of her job and the deadening rituals she performed daily were the
inspirations for the poems she scribbled on used order tickets. To hate your job
and do nothing about it is a failure of imagination: a true life sentence. A
Frenchman I know who was a maitre d' at one of the Washington's finest
restaurants, possesses a novel he composed in the twilight time between the
lunch rush and the dinner hour. His joy on writing it was immeasurable. That it
may never be published did not faze him. The point is that he created it. He
finished it. It is his. "Fiction completes us, mutilated beings burdened with
the awful dichotomy of having only one life and the ability to desire a
thousand," Mario Vargas Llosa wrote. I've often looked for my old playwright
friend Ray's name in print, but have never seen it. I imagine him sitting in a
coffee shop somewhere, brow furrowed as he revises lines of his latest play,
completely absorbed in the world of his characters. I'm sure it frustrated Ray
at times, that his work went unrecognized, but it never occurred to him to quit;
just like it would never occur to him to stop breathing. It is not strictly a
tragedy that Ray's plays, the maitre'd's novel or Celia's poems remain
unpublished. Much of the work comes into being for private reasons of the heart.
If every sentence that was written was printed and bound we would drown in a sea
of words – as it is, thousands of books are hastily published, barely read and
forgotten. Writing itself is the aim, for it is writing, not publishing, that
transforms individual human experience. To write, even in obscurity is
worthwhile. As Samuel Becket put it, writing is a way of leaving "a stain upon
the silence."

within the so-called western democracies is the order of the day. The European
continent, including most of the former eastern European countries, are all
tightening the screw on intellectual dissent by enacting laws that prevent
anyone from doubting and researching the 'Holocaust'.
And it's not getting any better either because even in the land-of-the free, the
United States of America, we see a daily eroding of basic freedoms that HRW
allegedly defends and wishes to introduce in countries it criticises for having
a lack of academic freedom.
In the USA the 'Holocaust' dogma is now taught in most schools, and although it
is possible for individual students to extradite themselves from classes, the
pressure to conform, to stay and uncritically accept the 'Holocaust' story is
considerable.
Why is HRW not taking up the Revisionist cause and proclaim that a questioning/
a doubting/ a critical analysis of the 'Holocaust' story is a legitimate
intellectual exercise? If an historical event is sold as a factual event, then
it must be subjected to rigorous critical scrutiny, otherwise it becomes a
dogma. If it is declared a dogma, then it should be declared as such and
appropriate legislation enacted to protect it from critical academic scrutiny.
However, that is not what is being done by those who wish to have the
'Holocaust' taught in schools and universities. It is violently opposed, and
that causes great concern for the Revisionists who value free speech and free
research because any intellectual endeavour must give a researcher the right to
be wrong!
But HRW has joined in with the chorus of the persecutors who delight in
oppressing academic dissent. Any critical voice about the 'Holocaust' story is
legally and socially suppressed by using the usual shut-up words to libel/defame
Revisionists as: hater, Holocaust denier, antisemite, racist, neo-Nazi,
xenophobe, terrorist, et al.
The countries that have become the focus of HRW ought to know that the
Revisionists are persecuted and oppressed by governments of the so-called

Wiesenthal Center who conspired with a local television program to frame Mr.
Buela and his wife, and had them arrested and indicted.
The local judge, however, felt very differently about the matter and has now had

where "crimes of opinion" are punished.

verdict, but that it will serve as a legal weapon for their own battles against
those who wish to obliterate personal liberties and freedom of opinion.

In a faultless veredict supported by a 21 page writ served by the Federal Court
of San Luis Province in the Republic of Argentina, our country's Federal Justice
dictated the definitive stay of proceedings against Mr. Hector Buela and his
wife Mrs. Erika Dago, who had been both falsely indicted by the SWC - Simon
Wiesenthal Center - in Argentina, accused of conspiring to act against the
Jewish Community, within the terms of Argentine Law No. 23.592 which condemns
discrimination on account of race, religion, natrionality or gender.
In spite of the SWC's success in so many parts of the world, in this instance
their local representation failed to achieve their goal, in spite of having
carefully and thoroughly prepared their false indictment proceedings. It did not
serve their purpose to exert undue pressure and aggresion as they did at the
beginning of this case when they had the local police arrest Mrs. Erika Dago in
her kitchen whilst she was cooking lunch for her young children who had just
arrived from school on a very cold day.
They had her arrested and her underaged sons were left under the care of virtual
strangers, part of their personal belongings were stolen and Mrs. Dago was taken
by force to Buenos Aires City, the federal capital of Argentina, where she was
indicted based on false testimony and slanders assembled with the specific
intent of intimidating her, her husband and her family, as the acting Judge
clearly states in his verdict throwing this case out:
"..I must render priority to the fact that the criminal character of the
accusation brought against the accused can in no case be proven, so that the
actions and punishment thus elicited are totally untenable and uncalled for."
And in order to set a precedent regarding any future legal actions of this sort:
"Our public institutions shall not be shaken on account of a Judge expressing
clear doubts regarding the bases for a lawsuit, so that he consequently issue a
mere statement of probability regarding it. Citizens should, however, have grave
cause for concern were a Judge to consider any such probability to constitute a
certainty, as that would purport the collapse of the vital institutions of our
Replublican system." (Federal Criminal Court of Buenos Aires, Courthouse V, C7,
11.341).
Once again, Attorney Miguel Kayat's brilliant defense resulted in concrete
results, far removed from the uncertain verdicts which local courts often serve
in this country, thus thwarting genuine Justice. We have in this case, a modest
couple incriminated of running an "organization" devoted to carrying out
business activities conforming acts of discrimination with the intent of
inciting hate and discrimination against the powerful interests of the Jewish
community. However, in this instance the SWC could not achieve their goal of
silencing and generating fear among those who oppose their tactics, pressure and
harrassment.
As victims of their unjust rage and vengefulness, this Argentine couple suffered
house searches, emprisonment in common jails, had their business and livelihood
seriously hampered (and, for a while, destroyed), their community and public
image discredited, the well-being of their underage children placed in grave
jeopardy as they had to leave them in the hands of strangers during the time
their mother, Mrs. Dago, was unjustly arrested, and had to suffer personal
psychological abuse and harrassment.
Mr. and Mrs. Buela are now clearly in a position to sue the Simon Wiesenthal
Center and all those who assisted them in bringing about their false actions,
such as the television program "TELENOCHE INVESTIGA" produced and aired by
Television Channel 13 in Buenos Aires, which will now be sued under a Civil
Court of Law to pay due and legitimate compensation, and be convicted under
Criminal Law for the crimes committed through their judicial and other acts,
based on actions made and leveraged by an international organization - The Simon
Wiesenthal Center - whose prime goal and obvious purpose is to persecute and
harrass individuals and organizations not accepting nor submissively abiding by
their ideas and thinking, which they insist be accepted as dogma and revealed
truth.
In these troubling times in which powerful interests unhessitantly unleash
murder and genocide upon selected targets the world over, whether through
personal attack or "preventive wars", in spite of the overwhelming condemnation
